 * Du installierst und konfigurierst Netzwerk- und Firewallkomponenten im Rahmen von Changes und Onboarding-Projekten
 * Du löst eigenverantwortlich 2nd/3rd-Level Störungen und bearbeitest Unterstützungsanfragen
