## About the Role

Du kannst einen technischen Bereich eigenständig aufbauen und verantworten, statt auf fertige Tickets zu warten. Wichtig sind ein starkes Fundament in IaC, Kubernetes und CI/CD und die Fähigkeit, dich selbstständig in weitere Themen einzuarbeiten.

Fachlich:

 - Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, eines vergleichbaren technischen Fachs oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung
 - sichere Praxis mit Infrastructure as Code, idealerweise Terraform
 - Erfahrung mit Kubernetes in Cloud
 - Erfahrung mit Cloud-native Anwendungen
 - Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Releases und versionierter Auslieferung
 - Erfahrung mit On-Prem-/Kundeninstallationen oder sehr gutes Verständnis nicht selbst kontrollierter Zielumgebungen
 - Security- und Compliance-Bewusstsein bei Hardening, Zugriffskonzepten und Auditierbarkeit
 - Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau, sicher in der mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation

 - eigenverantwortlich, proaktiv und strukturiert - auch bei noch unklaren Aufgaben
 - schnelle, selbstständige Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und Fachthemen
 - Fokus auf Kundenproblem und Gesamtprodukt statt auf einzelne Tools
 - pragmatisches Urteilsvermögen zwischen notwendiger Qualität und Overengineering
 - Teamorientierung, offener Wissensaustausch und übergabefähige Dokumentation
 - verständliche Kommunikation technischer Themen auch gegenüber Kunden und Compliance-Verantwortlichen

Hilfreich, aber kein Muss: Azure oder vergleichbare Clouds, regulatorische Erfahrung in Industrie, Medical oder Finance, Inferenz-Infrastruktur/AI-Gateways und Observability.
