## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Auslieferung von Hardware-Komponenten und Softwareanwendungen sowie die technische Ausstattung neuer Arbeitsplätze
 * Zentrale Administration von Benutzerprofilen
 * Erfassung der Supportprozesse in internen Systemen sowie die Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Leitfäden und Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie die Durchführung von Einweisungen in neue Systeme und Prozesse
