## Description

* Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Rahmen des 2nd Level Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Auslieferung und Inbetriebnahme von Hard und Software
 * Durchführung von Hardwareaustausch sowie Auf und Abbau von IT Arbeitsplätzen
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Umzügen und IT Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
 * Einweisung der Anwender in die genutzten IT Systeme
 * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Vorgängen im Ticketsystem, * Qualitatives Equipment und Werkzeug für Deine tägliche Arbeit
 * Moderne IT Umgebung und professionelle Arbeitsmittel
 * Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung im IT Umfeld
