 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
 * Hohes Bewusstsein für Compliance und nachhaltige Dokumentation

## Description

* Implementierung, Betrieb und Erweiterung von Firewall Infrastrukturen auf Basis von Fortinet Technologien
 * Administration von FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer und FortiSASE
 * Deployment sowie Support von Switches und Access Points der Hersteller Ubiquiti Unifi, Cisco Meraki und Fortinet
 * Technische Beratung zur Netzwerk und Security Architektur sowie Umsetzung individueller Lösungen
 * Eigenständige Analyse komplexer Probleme im 2nd und 3rd Level Support via Ticketsystem
 * Administration von Azure Networking inklusive vNETs und VPN Anbindungen
 * Pflege der technischen Dokumentation in Confluence, Jira und ITSM Systemen
 * Nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse und Handeln nach ITIL orientierten Betriebsprozessen
