## Description

Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen und Unternehmensanwendungen

 - Administration von Windows- und Linux-Serverumgebungen
 - Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit von IT-Systemen
 - Analyse, Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests
 - Durchführung von Wartungs-, Update- und Patch-Management-Prozessen
 - Betreuung von Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen (z. B. Microsoft 365, Azure)
 - Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben mittels Skripting und geeigneter Tools
 - Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten sowie bei der Einführung neuer Technologien
