* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Anwendungen für Bestell-, Rechnungs- und Reportingprozesse
 * Unterstützung der Anwender sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Systemeinweisungen
 * Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Daten sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen
 * Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Außendienst und externen Partnern
 * Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
