## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master, agiler Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
 * Umfangreiche Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und fundiertes Wissen rund um Scrum, Kanban und Lean
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Skalierungsmethoden (z.B. SAFe)
 * Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklungsbranche
 * Empathie, Objektivität, Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Vernetzungsfähigkeit
 * Spaß an der Entwicklung von Teams und Organisationen sowie gute Mediations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Sie bringen Kommunikationsstärke mit und präsentieren Ihre Konzepte souverän in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Dabei setzen wir mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau nach dem Europäischen Gemeinsamen Referenzrahmen (GER) voraus.

 * Sie begleiten Teams und Product Owner aktiv in den Entwicklungsprozessen, beseitigen Hindernisse und fördern die Zielerreichung
 * Sie nutzen Kennzahlen, um Teams bei Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Iterationen zu unterstützen
 * Sie optimieren kontinuierlich unsere agilen Arbeitsmethoden und setzen neben Scrum auch Kanban und weitere Ansätze ein
 * Sie sind Ansprechpartner für agile Methoden und im Austausch mit anderen Agile Mastern
