## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der praktischen Arbeit mit QGIS und Anpassung von QGIS.
 * Kenntnisse in QGIS-Python-API.
 * Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von QGIS (z.B. Profile, QGIS-GUI, Plugins).
 * Grundlagen im Zusammenspiel von QGIS mit einschlägiger Software und Diensten (GDI), z.B. QGIS Server, QWC2, QField sowie PostgreSQL und PostGIS.
 * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurswesen, IT oder vergleichbar.
 * Erfahrung im Halten von Workshops, Trainings oder Schulungen.
 * Du zeigst Eigeninititative.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Du planst und implementierst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden Geoinformationssysteme und Geodateninfrastrukturen auf Basis von Open-Source Software.
 * Du arbeitest in anspruchsvollen GIS-Projekten zu spannenden Themen, wie z.B. den Ausbau Erneuerbarer Energien und dem Infrastrukturausbau.
 * Du unterstützt Kunden dabei, proprietäre Software durch Open-Source-Software zu ersetzen und gestaltest sorgst für die Digitale Souveränität der Projekte.
 * Du erstellst konkrete Konzepte und Feinspezifikationen.
 * Du entwickelst Desktop- und Web-GIS-Software weiter. Dabei hast du keine Scheu vor dem Quellcode anderer Teammitglieder oder Kunden.
 * Du arbeitest mit Geodaten, räumlichen Datenbanken und richtest Kartendienste ein.
 * Gerne kannst du auch als Trainer*in für unser Schulungsinstitut FOSS Academy tätig sein und für uns Konferenzen und Kongresse besuchen.
