 * Langjährige Erfahrung mit einer oder mehreren Linux-Distributionen (z.B.: Debian, RHEL, SLES, Ubuntu)
 * Konzeptverständnis und Kenntnisse um Containertechnologien sowie Erfahrung mit Scriptsprachen (u.a. Perl, Python, Bash)
 * Gute Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse (Insbesondere: Incident-, Change-, Problem-Management)
 * Neugierig auf die Nutzung von KI und KI-Agenten im IT-Betrieb sowie erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich sind wünschenswert

## Description

* Betriebsführung von Linux-basierten Kundensystemen und der darauf laufenden Services und Applikationen
 * Einhalten der ITIL/ITSM-Prozesse innerhalb unserer SLAs
 * Teilnahme an der wechselnden Rufbereitschaft und dem Schichtsystem im Team
 * Weiterentwicklung unserer Ansible-basierten Automatisierung (Rollout, Patching, Provisioning)
 * Nutzung unserer internen KI-Infrastruktur zur Betriebsführungsautomatisierung ("AI-Ops")
 * Identifikation und Eliminierung repetitiver manueller Prozesse
 * Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Changes im ITIL-Umfeld
 * Kundenkommunikation bei Wartungsarbeiten und Störungen
 * Koordination mit internen Teams (Service Desk, Product Delivery, Change Management) und externen Dienstleistern
