 * Du bist Teamplayer und besitzt das erforderliche Maß an Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke, eine hohe Umsetzungskompetenz sowie eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft

* Ein besonderes Gespür für IT-technische Zusammenhänge in Kombination mit Bank- oder Versicherungsfachwissen und einem breiten Verständnis für die Informationstechnologie - idealerweise in den Bereichen serviceorientierter Architektur, API Management, ALM, Cloud Technologie oder vergleichbarer Technologien
 * Exzellentes Methodenwissen in Business Analyse, Automated Visual Testing und dem Erstellen von Fachkonzepten bzw. IT-Vorgaben oder auch in Prozessanalyse und Change Management
