## Description

* Du planst und steuerst Lean Selective Data Transition (SDT) Projekte im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld.
 * Du entwickelst Migrationsstrategien und definierst den Umfang der zu migrierenden Daten und Objekte.
 * Du konzipierst und begleitest Datenmigrationen mit SAP-Standardwerkzeugen wie dem SAP Migration Cockpit.
 * Du planst und koordinierst die Überleitung von Stamm-, Bewegungs- und historischen Daten sowie Business Partnern.
 * Du verantwortest Testmigrationen, Datenvalidierungen und Reconciliation-Prozesse.
 * Du begleitest Cutover, Go-live und Hypercare-Phasen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Übergang.
