* Überwachung der Plattform sowie proaktive Analyse, Behebung und Weiterentwicklung der Mechanismen
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung komplexer technischer Störungen und Service Requests
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozess und Service Delivery Management
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Workarounds und Betriebsprozessen
 * Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
 * Durchführung von Change-Request
