## About the Role

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse des gängigen Betriebssystems Windows 11
 * Gute Hardwarekenntnisse im Desktop- und Notebook-Bereich
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich, insbesondere LAN und WLAN
 * Erfahrung im IT-Support sowie in der strukturierten Ticketbearbeitung
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift für die internationale Kommunikation

## Description

* Installation und Konfiguration von Clients im Bereich Apple und Lenovo Hardware
 * Umzüge von Hardware inklusive Abbau, Aufbau und der fachgerechten Verkabelung
 * Ticketbearbeitung im First-Level-Support und Second-Level-Support vor Ort sowie remote
 * Durchführung von Garantie- und Standard-Reparaturen im Desktop-, Notebook- und Druckerbereich
 * Software- und Hardware-Störungsanalyse sowie nachhaltige Behebung der Fehler
 * Zuverlässiges Lösen von Service-Calls im gesamten Client-Umfeld
 * Patchen von Netzwerkdosen und die Sicherstellung von stabilen Verbindungen
 * Professionelle Betreuung der Konferenzraumtechnik und der Mediensysteme
 * Kommunikation mit Anwendern und externen Partnern überwiegend in englischer Sprache
