* Analyse von IT Störungen, Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung in einer Windows Umgebung
 * Unterstützung von VIP Anwendern im direkten Onsite Support
 * Support und Wartung von Medientechnik, Druckern und weiteren Peripheriegeräten
 * Planung und Durchführung von Software Rollouts, Updates und technischen Changes
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung moderner Flexdesk Arbeitsplätze
 * Durchführung von IMAC D Aufgaben inklusive Installationen, Umzügen und Austausch von Hardware
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Instandhaltung von Hardware und Softwarelösungen
