## Description

* Aufbau, Installation und Konfiguration von Clienthardware und Peripheriegeräten
 * Anbindung der Geräte in das bestehende Kundennetzwerk
 * Installation der vorgegebenen Standard Software
 * Einweisung der User in die neuen Geräte und Software (insb. Notebook, Handy)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Störungsbearbeitung im Ticketsystem
 * Dokumentation und Datenpflege
