* Telefon Support & Administration im 1st Level Team
 * Installation/Vorbereitung von Kundensystemen
 * Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Kundensystemen
 * Überwachung unserer Monitoringsysteme, sowie die Behebung der daraus resultierende Alarmmeldungen
 * Austausch mit dem 2nd Level zur Übergabe von 2nd Level Aufgabenstellungen
