Austausch, Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsrechnern und IT-Systemen für unsere Kunden
Vorbereitung von Hardware und Software für den reibungslosen Einsatz im Büroalltag
Direkter Vor-Ort-Support beim Kunden zur Lösung technischer Fragestellungen
Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von IT-Störungen (Incident Management), Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
