## About the Role

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik sowie langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Cloud- oder Infrastrukturumfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von fachübergreifenden (Teil-)Projekten.
 * Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code mit, insbesondere im Umgang mit Terraform.
 * Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit Git-basierten Entwicklungs- und Deploymentprozessen sowie CI/CD-Pipelines.
 * Du hast Kenntnisse im Umfeld Cloud Security und Cloud Governance, idealerweise mit Microsoft Azure oder Google Cloud Platform.
 * Du verstehst regulatorische und sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen und kannst diese in technische Lösungen und automatisierte Kontrollen überführen.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams sowie Security- und Compliance-Experten mit.

## Description

Für unser Servicefeld Hybrid Cloud Platforms im Tribe Hybrid Cloud Platform Services suchen wir dich in Vollzeit ab 30 Wochenstunden als Compliance & Security Engineer Public Cloud (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, München bzw. Münster. Du arbeitest mit 13 Kolleg*innen standortübergreifend und mit vielfältigen Schnittstellen zusammen.
Tätigkeiten

 * Als Teil des Public-Cloud-Teams setzt du regulatorische und sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen in technische Lösungen für unsere Public-Cloud-Plattformen um.
 * Du überführst Vorgaben aus Compliance, Informationssicherheit und Risikomanagement in automatisierte Cloud-Controls und unterstützt deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
 * Du entwickelst und pflegst Policy-as-Code-Ansätze sowie technische Governance-Mechanismen für Azure und Google Cloud Platform.
 * Du implementierst und betreibst Infrastruktur- und Security-Deployments mit Terraform sowie CI/CD-gestützten Bereitstellungsprozessen.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit den Security- und Compliance-Einheiten zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen in den Cloud-Plattformen.
 * Du analysierst Sicherheitsanforderungen und Standards (z. B. DORA, CIS Benchmarks, Sicherheitsmaßnahmenkataloge) und übersetzt diese in technische Plattform-Policies und Cloud-Constraints.
 * Du unterstützt Plattform- und Fachteams bei der sicheren und regulatorisch konformen Nutzung von Public-Cloud-Services.
