 * Du berätst, bearbeitest und löst Software- und Hardwareprobleme (z.B. MS Windows, MS Office, macOS, Telefonie, Drucker, Videokonferenzanlagen)
 * Du dokumentierst die technischen Probleme im Ticketsystem und internen Wiki in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten und Lizenzen
 * Du installierst und konfigurierst PC-Arbeitsplätze sowie Softwareprodukte
