Bachelor's Degree preferred in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data/Statistics, Clinical, Medical, or a related field. * 3 years' experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, and/or Health Information Technology * Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. * Has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of privacy laws, workflows, policies and procedures, patient care/clinical business objectives, regulatory requirements and industry best practices for patient care/processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; self-motivated. * Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills; ability to work well with end users. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a collaborative team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with senior management; demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and educate. * Ability to lead change. * Experience with SQL. * Proficient knowledge of productivity applications (i.e. Office 365). * Ability to visually troubleshoot software challenges. * Ability to type greater than 50 wpm desired. ## Description Reports directly to the H.I.T. Director.
