Master's Degree in Information Systems, Health Administration, or Business Administration is highly preferred. Required Experience: * Minimum of eight (8) years' experience working within health care IT, including 3 + years in a senior leadership role. * Experience with EHR platforms (e.g. SmartCare, Epic, Netsmart) highly preferred, * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proficient in the use of information systems and technology to improve business processes. * Strong understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of current trends and advancements in information systems and technology. ## Description * The Director of Management Information Systems (MIS) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all information technology services and infrastructure across LifeStream Behavioral Center. This includes management implementation of secure digital solutions, data governance, and operational modernization.
