Required Certifications & Clearance * SECRET clearance required. Tools & Systems * Instructional Systems Design and ADDIE methodologies * eLearning authoring tools * SCORM/xAPI environments * Microsoft Office Suite * Learning Management Systems * Learning content repositories, * Strong knowledge of instructional systems design principles and methodologies. * Strong curriculum development skills. * Ability to conduct training needs and performance analyses. * Ability to develop measurable learning objectives. * Strong understanding of adult learning principles. * Ability to design instruction across eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended modalities. * Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements. * Strong instructional writing and editing skills. * Ability to develop assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and supporting instructional materials. * Strong organizational and version-control skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple instructional products and priorities. ## Description C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to lead the design, development, and maintenance of instructional curricula and learning solutions supporting DCSA workforce needs., * Conduct instructional and training needs analyses. * Develop measurable learning objectives based on identified workforce needs. * Design curricula using structured Instructional Systems Design methodologies, including ADDIE. * Develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions. * Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and other instructional products. * Apply adult learning principles throughout instructional design and development. * Conduct pilot testing of instructional materials and learning solutions. * Analyze pilot feedback and revise instructional materials as needed. * Maintain curriculum lifecycle documentation and version control. * Ensure learning products meet Section 508 accessibility requirements. * Ensure learning products align with applicable Department of Defense requirements. * Maintain learning asset repositories and training content libraries. * Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of instructional curricula., This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements, or working conditions.
