## Description

Our team in the western U.S. is dedicated to delivering top-tier support, and we're looking for a motivated individual to join us in the Product Support Sales role. As part of our team, you'll help drive parts, labor, and equipment sales while enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient and cost-effective solutions. You'll also play an essential role in mentoring and training the next generation of technicians., You'll work directly with customers to create sales opportunities, provide support, and ensure their equipment operates at peak performance. Your role will involve communicating effectively with both the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. You will also help manage customer expectations and assist with job coordination., * Act as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership

 * Drive labor and parts sales, contributing to customer satisfaction
 * Assist Service Writers with job closing and monitoring of work-in-progress (WIP)
 * Cold-call potential customers to expand business opportunities
 * Review and update work schedules, estimates, and quotes
 * Compile reports and assist with special projects
 * Train and mentor technicians to develop skills and knowledge
