The Network Operations Manager will report to the Director, IT Operations and is responsible for maintaining and supporting all network infrastructures, storage systems, and server-based equipment - physical, virtual, and cloud-based - as well as backup services for these systems. Support includes hardware and software. This position monitors all aspects of network connectivity and responds proactively to any issues. Additionally, the Network Operations Manager is available 24x7 to respond to emergencies that may arise on our networks.
