* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field
 * 0-3 years of professional or internship experience in software development
 * Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or C++
 * Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
 * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
 * Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
 * Experience with Git and collaborative version-control workflows
 * Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Skills That Strengthen Your Application

 * React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development
 * Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, Django, Flask, or FastAPI for backend development
 * Cloud platform exposure: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
 * Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application experience
 * CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Automated/unit testing frameworks
 * Exposure to AI/LLM API integration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs)
 * Microservices architecture fundamentals, * US Citizens or Green Card holders
