Preferred Skills and Experience * Previous experience supporting U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, or Federal Government training programs. * Experience developing IMI Level 2 or higher interactive courseware. * Experience supporting GCAT or comparable Government courseware acceptance testing. * Familiarity with NAVEDTRA training development requirements. * Experience with JavaScript, XML, CSS, or other web-development technologies. * Experience creating or integrating graphics, animations, simulations, audio, video, or 3D media. * Familiarity with accessibility, browser compatibility, and online training technical standards. * Experience working within formal QA and configuration-management processes., * A valid photo ID must be presented during each interview * During the Hiring Process * Enhanced Biometrics ID verification screening * Background check, to include: * Criminal history (past 7 years) * Verification of your highest level of education * Verification of your employment history (past 7 years), based on information provided in your application ## Description The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary instructional development team to transform approved instructional designs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging, technically accurate Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). This position combines multimedia authoring, web development, Learning Management System integration, and technical testing responsibilities.
