## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
 * 3+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or related HR functions.
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
 * Experience working with HRIS platforms and large datasets.
 * Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluation, and market pricing preferred.
 * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
 * Ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to changing business needs., The hiring manager is seeking someone who:
 * Is highly analytical and data-driven.
 * Enjoys working extensively with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
 * Has strong technical and digital capabilities.
 * Works well independently with minimal supervision.
 * Is open to feedback and adaptable to evolving priorities.
 * Prefers a behind-the-scenes analytical role rather than a highly customer-facing position.

## Description

Compensation (Approximately 70%)

 * Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing analysis.
 * Analyze salary and compensation data to identify trends and business impacts.
 * Participate in compensation surveys and support pay analysis initiatives.
 * Assist with compensation policy development and administration.
 * Prepare reports and recommendations related to compensation programs and market competitiveness.

HRIS & HR Operations (Approximately 30%)

 * Maintain, validate, and manage HR data across systems and reporting platforms.
 * Support onboarding process improvements and HR operational efficiencies.
 * Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders.
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR systems.
 * Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
