Key Requirements:

 * At least 5 years of experience in embedded systems, both hardware and firmware
 * Proven background in microcontroller/microprocessor-based system development
 * Ability to learn Assembly language and use AI tools to modernize legacy code
 * Hands-on experience with Microchip software development
 * Skilled in PCB design, schematic creation, and layout using Altium PCB Designer
 * Solid understanding of mechanical hardware used in elevator systems
 * Proficiency in MS Office applications
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently or as part of a team
 * Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods

## Description

* Designing electrical controllers in accordance with safety standards and codes
 * Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware and software systems
 * Developing microcontroller-based circuit boards and systems
 * Implementing product enhancements to reduce costs and improve functionality
 * Identifying and selecting high-quality, compliant electrical components
 * Producing detailed CAD drawings for electrical systems and PCB layouts
 * Creating test fixtures and assembly instructions for production
 * Developing and updating Bills of Material for new products
 * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
 * Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
 * Preparing technical reports, documentation, and project presentations
