* Active Sourcing & Talent Acquisition - Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung von Top-Talenten im Bereich Data, AI und Tech über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, GitHub und spezialisierte Communities.
 * Community Engagement - Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks durch aktive Teilnahme und Organisation von Tech-Meetups, Branchenevents und Online-Formaten.
 * Employer Branding - Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Führungsteam.
 * Talent Pipeline Management - Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Kandidatennetzwerks, das zu unseren Werten und unserer Mission passt.
 * Candidate Experience - Begleitung von Kandidat:innen vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding - stets persönlich, wertschätzend und professionell.
