 * Erfahrung im Betrieb geschäftskritischer IT-Systeme sowie in der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Ausbau, Betrieb und Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur einschließlich Switches, LAN, WLAN und Standortvernetzung
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Security-Landschaft mit Firewall, Endpoint Protection, Backup, Monitoring sowie Identity & Access Management
 * Administration der Microsoft-Umgebung mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und Azure-Diensten
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Änderungen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Einweisungen
 * Weiterentwicklung strukturierter IT-Serviceprozesse wie Helpdesk, Change- und Incident-Management
 * Auswahl, Beschaffung und Bereitstellung von PCs, Notebooks, Tablets und Smartphones sowie Betreuung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender
