* Störungsbehebung audiovisueller Komplettsysteme (vor Ort & Remote)
 * Proaktive Wartung und Instandhaltung von medientechnischen Systemen
 * Überwachung von Remote-Monitoring Lösungen und Eingriff per Remote-Management im Bedarfsfall
 * Technischer Ansprechpartner bei Servicefällen
 * Durchführung von Systemupdates und Firmwareupdates
 * Erstellung von Serviceberichten
 * Durchführung von Systemanalysen zur Problemidentifikation
 * Einsteuerung und Begleitung von Reklamationsabwicklungen gegenüber Kunden sowie Lieferanten/Herstellern
 * Überprüfung, Reparatur und Pflege von AV-Systemen
 * Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Umbauten
