 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

 * Oracle HCM quarterly release management and testing.
 * Oracle HCM Configuration
 * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
 * BI Publisher (BIP)
 * Oracle Visual Builder
 * Healthcare or large enterprise experience.
 * Experience with project management, systems analysis, data management, and software testing.

## Description

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, application support, testing, quarterly releases, and business requirements.
Responsibilities

 * Support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications and business processes.
 * Gather and analyze requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
 * Configure Oracle Fusion HCM using standard application functionality.
 * Support Oracle HCM quarterly updates, release management, and testing.
 * Participate in implementation, enhancement, integration, and testing projects.
 * Work with technical teams on OIC, BI Publisher, and Visual Builder.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions.
 * Perform data validation and ensure system/data integrity.
 * Develop and maintain functional documentation, job aids, FAQs, and training materials.
 * Support end-to-end testing and software quality assurance activities.
