Preferred Skills & Expertise * Program Management Excellence * Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar IT programs with complex dependencies. * Expertise in governance frameworks (PMO standards, ITIL, COBIT). * Strong experience in vendor and contract management for large-scale network and fiber deployments. * Networking & Fiber Specialization * Strong technical background in networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS) and fiber infrastructure. * Deep knowledge of network design, network engineering, installation, and ongoing maintenance. * Familiarity with network architecture, routing protocols, and security standards. * Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, and cloud networking solutions. * Experience Managing a Network Operations Center (NOC). * Public Sector & Compliance * Understanding of state/local government procurement processes and compliance requirements. * Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks for public sector IT projects.
