 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
 * Experince supporting large scale enterprise Agile transformations
 * Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
 * 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager or a related field required.
 * Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.

## Description

* Coach Agile teams and leaders on Agile principles, roles, practices, and team structures to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes.
 * Help identify and remove systemic impediments that limit team effectiveness, delivery flow, or adoption of consistent Agile ways of working.
 * Facilitate Agile workshops, training, and coaching sessions tailored to team roles and Agile maturity needs.
 * Support Agile reporting and tooling practices to improve transparency, delivery visibility, and continuous improvement.
 * Partner with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, technical project leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery practices across technical initiatives.
 * Communicate Agile adoption progress, delivery risks, improvement opportunities, and recommended actions to project and functional leaders.
 * Mentor peers and team members on practical Agile behaviors, team facilitation, continuous improvement, and effective use of Agile ceremonies.
