ALBEMARLE COUNTY SERVICE AUTHORITYHAS THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE: SYSTEMS ENGINEER Position Summary: Provides high level support for information systems, including computer, server, network, and telecommunications systems. Performs hardware and software evaluation, installation, maintenance and tuning. Assists with the design, monitoring, and implementation of IT security systems to protect the ACSA's information systems from cyber-attacks. Serves as departmental liaison with internal staff and external agencies and vendors on the implementation, integration, operation, maintenance, and control of complex computer operating systems.
