## About the Role

o 4+ years of experience in media research, audience measurement, or media analytics within a network, studio, agency, publisher, or measurement provider.
o Hands-on Nielsen NPower experience is required.
o Strong understanding of television and streaming audience measurement.
o Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
o Proven ability to support sales teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
o Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with VideoAmp.
o Comscore, GWI, MRI-Simmons, or other syndicated/cross-platform research sources.
o SQL, Tableau, or Power BI experience.
o Experience with multicultural/Black audience measurement and segmentation.
o Fandom or franchise-related media research experience.

## Description

Media & Audience Insights Analyst
o We are seeking a Media & Audience Insights Analyst to support Ad Sales with fast, accurate, data-driven audience insights across television and streaming., o Analyze audience measurement data using Nielsen NPower to answer business and Ad Sales questions.
o Evaluate TV and streaming metrics including ratings, share, reach, duplication, average minute audience, and time spent viewing.
o Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and PowerPoint presentations for sales and senior stakeholders.
o Build accurate, repeatable Excel-based analyses and deliverables under tight deadlines.
o Establish audience and viewership baselines and identify trends that support strategic decision-making.
o Clearly communicate what the data does-and does not-support.
o Partner with Ad Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights within hours, not days.
