## Description

The Integration and Data Liaison is a senior, client-facing role responsible for leading Salesforce Integration and Data Migration workstreams during CRM transformation projects. The role serves as the primary bridge between client stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore Salesforce delivery teams to ensure successful project execution., Act as the main point of contact for all Salesforce integration and data migration activities.
Lead stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and governance discussions.
Coordinate Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and legacy systems.
Drive data migration planning, including data mapping, quality assessment, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Manage dependencies, risks, issues, timelines, testing, cutover activities, and deployment readiness.
Facilitate communication and alignment between onshore client teams and offshore Salesforce architects, developers, and migration specialists.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, architectural standards, and project milestones.
