## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree
 + OR, Associate Degree with two years' experience
 + OR, High School Degree and four years' experience
 * CompTIA A+ or similar cert with customer approval
 * DoD Top Secret or DOE Q
 * Candidates will be required to take a drug test prior to working onsite and agree to random drug testing throughout your tenure

Preferred Skills:

 * Excellent customer support experience and soft skills to ensure end-user satisfaction
 * Strong knowledge of the English language and experience performing technical troubleshooting
 * Ability to lead small teams or projects through cross functional coordination/collaboration with other departments
 * Assist key stakeholders in overall project execution and find solutions through creative problem solving
 * Ability to demonstrate proven success with adaptability - willingness to evolve with technology while ensuring data accuracy standards

## Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first-line role in help desk troubleshooting, response, and remediation.
Possession of technical skills to work with end users

 * Ability to resolve issues of moderate complexity
 * Trouble ticket remediation and responding to physical troubleshooting of hardware components and equipment
 * Responsible for accomplishing routine IT tasks at the discretion of your team lead.
 * Providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction of resolution of any IT issues in a timely manner and proper documentation for compliance and continuity.
