This role provides operational administration for back-office systems, ensuring reliable performance, protection, and business continuity for our staff and ministries. The position functions as a core technical anchor for daily operations, while supporting the broader pastoral mission of the organization. Job Responsibilities Systems and Infrastructure Management * Administer, maintain, and support hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID Environments, including, Group Policy, and user management. * Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances, with a focus on load balancing, SSL config, and high availability (HA) pair setups. * Monitor and manage network infrastructure, servers, and workstations to ensure uptime and optimal performance * Perform regular system updates, patches, and security hardening across all IT systems * Manage access controls, directory permissions, and core network services such as DNS and DHCP.
