Our Cannabis Trimmers/Packagers will work out of our warehouse location in Rock Hill (St. Louis, MO 63144). Full-time employees will receive medical benefits and paid time off. The schedule is Monday-Friday ~7:30 am-4 pm. Starting pay rate is $17/hour. No experience is needed; we will train you for success! Responsibilities of Cannabis Post-Harvest Technician: * Efficiently processes flowers during the post-production phase: * Preparing and trimming in a quick, precise, and dexterous manner * Maintaining the high-quality appearance and structural integrity of the cannabis plant * Ensuring the least amount of waste possible is produced * Assisting in the product transfer into the dry room * Weighing out product accurately to prepare for packaging * Recording data in all necessary software platforms * Working as part of a team to meet production schedules * Assisting in the packaging process as required. * Ensures assigned facility area is clean and safe: * Maintaining a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination * Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained * Performs other duties as assigned, Find your calling at Mercy!
