## About the Role

Qualifications Education Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field preferred. Experience 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or enterprise applications. Experience administering Cornerstone ideal. Experience supporting enterprise learning programs favorable. Knowledge & Skills knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone. Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder leadership
skills. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Learning Management System Administration Serve as an administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). Configure and maintain learning content, curricula, certifications, training assignments, learning objects, and user permissions. Lead system updates, releases, and enhancements, assessing impacts and coordinating testing activities. Solve system issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and functional challenges. Ensure learner, manager, and administrator experiences are optimized through effective system configuration and governance.
