You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities. * 5+ years of experience designing sophisticated digital products, preferably with experience in enterprise tools. * 4+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams. * Strong portfolio showcasing industry leading UX/UI skills, and how you leverage AI through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions that had measurable positive impact for users and the business. * Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inspire design decisions and solutions. * Ability to move between high level design and detailed design, and between future concepting and near-term implementation. * Ability to build strong cross functional relationships with cross functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers. * Ability to clearly present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences. * Highly skilled with type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals. * Passionate about design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies, and willing to learn and share new insights with the team. * Highly skilled with design tools such as Figma * Clear examples of using AI tooling to accelerate research, discovery, and prototyping (e.g. Lovable/Open Code/Cursor/Paper) * Experience working with globally distributed teams, and/or in highly matrixed organizations. Nice To Have * Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI. * Ability to plan, moderate, and complete a variety of goal-oriented workshops across collaborators, leading to exciting new ideas, new-found consensus, and critical alignment. * Experience designing across responsible web and native mobile platforms, as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems. * Experience identifying and prioritizing features, as well as participating in complex roadmap planning. ## Description VistaPrint is looking for a Lead UX Designer located in Spain to join our VistaPrint Pro product experience group. This covers a suite of enterprise and consumer-facing solutions that simplify how teams create, manage, and order custom print and promotional items across all their locations. More specifically, you'll focus on the experience for both admins and customers: enabling admins to create and manage Branded Products and permissions, and helping customers better and more easily express their brand consistently throughout their marketing materials. You'll approach the experience holistically, partnering with product teams to ensure the experience is seamless, scalable, and best-in-class. You'll also partner with your product team to influence and align the roadmap to deliver customer-obsessed product experiences. Here's a list more comprehensive view of what we expect: * Drive end-to-end experiences helping Admins create, design, and organize Branded Products (A physical product that has had a brand/design applied to it). * Responsible for the user experience for the ProShop Asset Management team from discovery to delivery, using user-centered design methods to craft simple and intuitive design solutions to complex challenges. * Deeply involved at every stage of the design and development process, from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration.
