 * Create visual assets, including icons, buttons, and other UI components, ensuring consistency with design guidelines and brand standards.

User Research and Analysis

 * Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights about user needs and behaviors.
 * Help analyze research data and translate it into actionable design insights. Collaborate with researchers to identify user pain points and opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication

 * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
 * Present design concepts and solutions in design reviews, incorporating feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
 * Assist in facilitating design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solve design problems.

Design Documentation and QA
