This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of our IT organization-owning service stability, operational performance, and user experience across a rapidly growing global footprint. We are looking for a hands-on, player-coach leader who can drive execution, elevate team capability, and bring structure and discipline to a distributed operations environment.
