Manage, maintain project databases, and track issues through resolution. * Develop and implement processes that enable studio users to effectively document, communicate and track issues through resolution. * Serve as a liaison between studio users and development engineers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of system failures, root causes, and proposed solutions aligned with product development priorities. * Document repairs to Big Sky hardware and coordinate with external resources as necessary, & maintain the studio MER Recorders. * Coordinate internal workflows within the studio, communicate product changes, software and hardware upgrades, maintenance needs and software bugs to studio stakeholders. * Perform BigSky firmware/software testing for development upgrades, provide feedback to the engineers and document results and assist with implementation of these upgrades. * Assist with troubleshooting issues for product users and document issues for engineers. * Maintain a stakeholder-approved process validation procedures for studio systems and workflows.
