## Description

The Production Data Coordinator provides critical support to the production leadership team by maintaining spreadsheets, organizing production data, coordinating communication, preparing reports, and assisting with daily administrative tasks., * Assist the Production & Facility Managers and leadership team with day-to-day administrative tasks

 * Maintain organized records, files, and production documentation
 * Prepare reports, summaries, and production schedules
 * Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items

Spreadsheet & Data Management

 * Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets using and
 * Enter and verify production, inventory, and labor data
 * Track key metrics and prepare dashboards
 * Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Bilingual Communication

 * Translate instructions and communications between English- and Spanish-speaking employees
 * Assist with employee training materials and documentation
 * Support clear communication on the production floor

Operational Coordination

 * Help monitor production schedules and deadlines
 * Assist with inventory and material tracking
 * Follow up on open issues and ensure timely completion of tasks
