## About the Role

* 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
 * Experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and security administration
 * Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, and sandbox environments
 * Working knowledge of Apex and Salesforce development concepts
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-have / preferred skills

 * Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification
 * Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
 * Experience supporting integrations, change management, and platform governance

 * No degree required. Relevant Salesforce experience and certifications are preferred.
 * This position is intended to convert to a full-time employee following the contract period.

## Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, user support, data quality, and ongoing platform improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience, hands-on configuration expertise, and working knowledge of Apex development., * Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and security.

 * Configure and support Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
 * Manage sandbox environments and assist with deployments and releases.
 * Support business users by troubleshooting issues and responding to support tickets.
 * Maintain data quality and identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
 * Support Salesforce integrations and connected applications.
 * Perform proactive system maintenance, platform monitoring, and release management.
 * Contribute to Apex-based enhancements and custom functionality when needed.
