## Description

Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. is looking for a motivated Deskside Support Technician to join our team! This person is responsible for providing first/second level support for all incoming help desk calls via phone and email as well as providing desk-side support in a higher-educational environment., * Configure, deploy, and provide support for Windows and Apple hardware/software

 * Configure, deploy, and provide support for peripheral hardware (printers, etc.)

 * Provide resolution and assistance to standard supported applications: MS Office 365, Browser programs, Antivirus and other supported proprietary applications and systems
