This individual partners closely with leadership, facility teams, billing, and accounting to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and data-driven decision support. The role requires strong independent execution, with a focus on behavioral health metrics including census, length of stay, payer mix, denials, and reimbursement performance.
